Yesterday, would have been the Gipper’s 113th birthday, and I thought it would be useful and fun to remember him a bit. That thought was enhanced when I saw there was a 90 minute BBC documentary on his life. unfortunately the bias was so bad in it that I couldn’t make it through it, so we’ll let the man talk for himself.

It is a few months less than ten years ago that we said goodbye, as all the trumpets sounded on the other side.
